I put Zoya “Noel” on one hand, and Ulta Salon Formula “Alter Ego” on the other, and they are identical in every way. I can’t tell the difference. They look the same and both took 2 coats, etc.

Does this mean that all Ulta polishes are secretly Zoya polishes in disguise?
