Do you think it’s bad for my nails to peel/pick off my polish all the time? I cured myself of biting my nails by doing this instead, and I still find it really satisfying. But am I weakening my nails by taking off a microscopic layer of nail cells every time I do it?

  1. magneticcrotch answered: Unless you can tell that a layer’s been peeled off it’s probably fine. I mean, not the best, but not too much worse than acetone.
  2. tea-and-marryjane answered: yeah. your taking off a layer. i do it to and i fing they get really weak. i just leave it and went it starts to chip i change it.
